Little Miss Shae

I cheated and copied these questions from my friend's blog! (Thanks Amber!) I thought Marshall's answers were so cute, I wanted to see what Shae had to say. Anyone who knows Shae....is not a girl of few words! She is growing up so fast. I can't believe she is going to be five on the 23rd. She had a rough start in life, but you would never know it now. This past year she came to the realization that not everyone has a ticker like she does---I got to answer a lot of "Why mom" questions, but I think she kind of understands more of why she has a ticker. Here are some of her answers to a few silly questions.

1. What is something mom always says to you?
"Wash and dry the dishes"
2. What makes mom happy
"When we have prayer."
3. What makes mom sad?
"When you do something wrong and when I break something"
4. How does your mom make you laugh?
"When she tickles me and says tickle, tickle, tickle"
5. What was your mom like as a child?
"Ummm.....she loved her mom and dad"
6. How tall is your mom?
"Ummmm....big as a mom"
7. How old is your mom?
"Ummmmm....how old are you momma? I can't remember how old you are."
8. What is mom's favorite thing to do?
"wash the dishes" (Hummmm.....NOT REALLY!)
9. What does your mom do when you're not around?
"Get down the Christmas tree and watch TV downstairs" (Oh dear...I hope I do more than that!)
10. If your mom becomes famous, what will it be for?
"I don't know" (Me either!)
11. What is your mom really good at?
"Changing Jordan's bum bum" (Well, at least I am good at something!)
12. What is your mom not really good at?
"when Jordan pees on you when you are changing his diaper"
13. What is your mom's favorite food
"Umm....spaghetti and bread" (Yes, yes...she has that one down!)
14. What makes you proud of your mom?
"when she cleans up my room or when I get hurt and she gives me a bandaid"
15. What is your mom's job?
"To change Jordan's bum bum, talk to daddy, work on the computer" (After I had Jordan I decided not to go back to work at Flying J...it was an adjustment for Shae at first. She asked me on numerous occassions when I was going to go back to work so she could spend the whole day with Grandma Peggy!)
16. What do you and your mom do together?
"wash the dishes and babysit"
17. How are you and your mom the same?
"We have brown hair, brown eyes, long eyelashes, and high heel shoes" (Leave it to Shae to be thinking about SHOES!)
18. How are you and your mom different?
"We are not the same tall...I am little"
19. How do you know your mom loves you?
"Because God taught me and because she reads me books"
